Customer Service Representative
This position assists in the production of new personal lines accounts and the retention of current accounts in keeping with agency goals. Provides service to designated accounts in support of agent activities, while maintaining high service standards. Processes changes for underwriting and client requests. Actively solicits increases in coverage or rounding out accounts through sales to clients at every service contact. Actively seeks referrals from current client base to solicit for new business prospects.

Must have NH P&C license
